Our History
Company was founded
Initially focusing on all types of structural works for housing and industries
Company Expantion
It expanded its operations by introducing machinery for dry flower units, including baby boilers, dying tanks, trolleys, and dryer rooms.
Started industrial machinery erection and commissioning
The company had also started industrial machinery erection and commissioning, including kiln fabrication and crusher unit machinery.
Obtained a ship repair license
The company obtained a ship repair license and began offering services such as steel plate renewal, underwater inspection and cleaning, propeller block removal, inner deck work, duct plate renewal, sounding pipe work, ship crane repairs, pump service and spares replacement, AC and refrigeration, navigation, as well as NDT testing for welds with certification.
Company constructed a building with a workshop
The company constructed a new and own building with a workshop facility in 2000, further establishing its infrastructure.
Achieved ISO 9001:2000 certification
By 2002, it had achieved ISO 9001:2000 certification, demonstrating its commitment to quality. The company also undertook significant projects such as blade vessel operations, focusing on export blade position arresting, lacing, safety dealings, and additional testing to ensure weld quality within expected timeframes.
Company expanded its expertise
In 2020, the company expanded its expertise to include high-pressure lines, SS welding pipelines, and IBR pipelines under Department Of Atomic Energy (HWP), with qualified TIC welders. Additionally, it has been working with Supergas since 2010, including line replacement projects, and is currently engaged in a major refilling unit overhaul and fire-fighting water pipeline projects in 2023-2024.
Expanded the horizon to Indian oil corporation
Expanded the horizon to Indian oil corporation as vendor servicing the pipelines, valve and pumps. Also expanded wings onto coast guard at Tuticorin and Southern Water Alliance Private Limited in Desalination plant for erection of plant, pipelines, etc. Being vendor at department of atomic energy (HWP), expanded expertise in Superalloy welding, Insulation of vessels and pipelines.
